Our 2015 winning streak began with a double victory at the PRO Awards in New York when the Know Your IBM program was recognised for its innovative approach and outstanding results with a Silver Award for Best B2B Campaign and a Bronze Award for Best Loyalty Marketing Campaign.
Next came the Circle of Excellence awards organised by the Incentive Marketing Association where Know Your IBM triumphed in the Best Sales Incentive category. Judges commended our submission for ‘creativity and professionalism in the development and execution of the outstanding Know Your IBM incentive program’.
In September, Motivforce struck gold at the coveted Brandon Hall Excellence in Learning & Development awards – Know Your IBM won a hat-trick of awards: Gold for Best Advance in Creating an Extended Enterprise Learning Program; Gold for Best Results of a Learning Program; and Gold for Best Program for Sales Training and Performance.
Last but not least Know Your IBM triumphed in the Loyalty Programs category at the Australian Marketing Institute (AMI) Awards for Marketing Excellence. These annual awards are presented to organisations who have achieved extraordinary success from innovative and effective marketing practices.

The logistics of the KYI program cannot be understated, over 11,000 participants in 131 countries involving 14 languages. Despite these considerable challenges, the KYI program drove record levels of participant engagement, generating revenue for IBM and delivering an exceptional ROI of 50:1. We were thrilled to win these series of awards during the course of 2015 and look forward to a very successful 2016.
