Motivforce’s innovative and pioneering approach to creating Celebrity Cruises’ travel agency loyalty program ‘Celebrity Rewards’ has been recognised with one of the most prestigious accolades in the incentive marketing industry.

Celebrity Rewards has been named the recipient of the Incentive Marketing Association (IMA) 2018 Circle of Excellence Award in the Consumer Offer, Branding Program & Customer Loyalty category.

The highly-coveted award was announced at the IMA Executive Summit in Newport Beach California in front of an audience of 300 top industry professionals.

IMA is the leading organization representing suppliers from all segments of the incentive marketplace. Founded in 1998, IMA’s membership consists of nearly 800 individuals and groups engaged in providing goods and services for incentive buyers and suppliers.

The Association’s highly-respected Circle of Excellence Awards identify and recognise outstanding examples of successful customer and employee incentive programs designed to help drive business. Both the company and the incentive marketing partner are acknowledged for effectively designing and implementing incentive programs to motivate their employees and win customers. Entries are judged on creativity, execution and results.

The judges were impressed with how Motivforce designed the Celebrity Rewards program to ensure Celebrity Cruises stood out in a highly competitive B2B distribution channel where travel agents are bombarded with incentives to sell alternative holiday or cruise products. The Celebrity Rewards programme cut through this crowded market, not only in the UK & Ireland, but also the United States & Canada, by employing an engaging user-friendly delivery via a website platform, innovative tactical promotions, tailored communications, detailed participant analytics and exceptional reward flexibility. In 2017, the Celebrity Rewards program exceeded Celebrity Cruises’ ambitious targets by engaging 8,976 agents in the USA/Canada and 12,683 in UK/Ireland and is critically driving a new record for revenue growth and bookings for Celebrity Cruises in these markets.
