Celebrity Rewards is a bespoke B2B loyalty program designed to incentivise travel agents in the UK & Ireland and USA & Canada to book Celebrity Cruises products in a very competitive market. It has operated on a rolling 12-month basis since 2015. In 2022 Celebrity Rewards played a pivotal part in helping Celebrity Cruises to rebuild sales and revenue, following the devastating commercial impact of the Covid pandemic during the previous two years, when all sailings and bookings ceased.
