We are excited to share an important milestone in Motivforce’s journey. Effective September, 2025, Lincoln Smith has been appointed as Global CEO of Motivforce.

Lincoln is no stranger to our clients, partners, or team. He has been closely involved with Motivforce as an executive advisor, helping us shape our strategies, deepen client impact, and strengthen our global presence. With over two decades of experience in incentives, loyalty, and engagement, Lincoln brings both proven leadership and a clear vision for the future.

At the same time, Nick Merry will be stepping into an expanded role leading Strategic Initiatives, growing our APAC region, and advancing our group incentive travel and events offerings. Nick’s leadership and creativity have been central to our success, and his focus will allow us to continue innovating in ways that matter most to our clients and participants.

This leadership evolution reflects both continuity and growth. Motivforce remains firmly committed to the same values and client-first culture that define us, while adding even more leadership depth to drive innovation, scale, and impact.

As Lincoln steps into the CEO role, he will be working closely with our global teams and partners to advance our vision: building programs and solutions that unlock motivation, loyalty, and business performance for organizations worldwide.

He is one of the few specialists worldwide to hold a PhD in Loyalty Marketing (University of Technology, Sydney). He also holds a BA (Sydney University), Master of Commerce (UNSW) and MBA (UTS).
