Covid-19 and Business Continuity at Motivforce

As the Covid-19, (the coronavirus) pandemic continues to dominate the news worldwide and impact on people’s personal and professional lives, it is very much business as usual for Motivforce.

Motivforce operates as a fully remote company with our people working from virtual offices in our global locations. As a result we are highly skilled at operating in a virtual and digital environment and already have systems in place that allow us to work with no interruption in service. Even so, in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have reviewed our Business Continuity Plan and can confirm that no gaps exist for this specific threat. We have also confirmed that all critical third-party infrastructure providers are adequately addressing the threat.

What this means for our clients is that they can expect the same high level of operations and customer service that they receive from us on a day to day basis.

To keep our employees safe, we have encouraged the cancellation of all work-related travel to reduce the risk of exposure outside our home offices and are advising staff to follow the WHO guidelines on preventing the spread of the virus. If anyone does need aid, we already have processes in place to meet the needs of any Motivforce team member, no matter where they are located—without any service disruptions.

We are committed to supporting our people and our clients through these challenging times.
